Marlin is a series from Henkelman that is a real piece of work for a professional kitchen. The seal is double and the width of the seal is 52cm where there is a single seal at each end of the chamber. You can also remove the sealing strips for cleaning if you are a bit of a neat freak. The pump in the machine is made by Busch and has a capacity of 63 m3/h. The cycle of the machine is 15-40 seconds and has the capacity to save ten programs in memory where you can set the time. In addition, they have a standard system called Soft Air to gently empty the chamber of air and not spoil the products in the bag. The chamber is deep (200mm) and made of stainless steel, but can also be primed using a removable bottom plate that makes the chamber smaller. The dimensions of the chamber are 50cm x 52cm. The total dimensions of the machine are 71m x 69,5cm x 102,5cm but the height is 141cm when the door is in its slightly angled maximum position. Weight 165kg. Power 1,8 kW. Three phase connection.
