Because we want to give something back to our favorite, we are now collaborating with the Ibiza Preservation Fund (IPF) to create a unique "Ibicenco" product. We found our inspiration in the original local species "Hierbas Ibicencas" and we simply replace the high sugar content with our selected Salt Flower. We are happy to donate $1 to the Ibiza Preservation Fund for every jar sold. About the Ibiza Preservation Fund: IPF was founded in 2008 to address concerns about unsustainable development on the island. IPF raises money from people around the world who care about Ibiza and Formentera. Every purchase of this special edition of SAL de IBIZA - ISLA BLANCA helps to support local environmental projects that protect the sea and its natural resources, so that future generations can also love and enjoy the crystal clear waters and exceptional natural beauty of the island. Please note that the natural ingredients in this product, such as lemon peel, chamomile flowers and the essential oils, may leave visible spots under the cardboard lid that separates the cork from the salt. These possible spots do not affect the quality of this product. The presence of anti-caking agents in our salt can lead to lumps, so we recommend breaking it up with a fork (or similar).
