Many of us vaguely remember that different types of fire extinguishers are required for different types of fires. Those who are really decent probably remember which one is which, but when you stand there with flames flaring up from the frying pan, it can be difficult to think rationally and not fill up with water, which is deadly! The main ingredients of the extinguishing agent are ammonium sulphate, water and nitrogen, which are already used by farmers as fertilizers and allow the surrounding vegetation to thrive.
In case of an indoor fire, you can wipe the residues of the extinguishing agent with soap and water. Firexo Sachet, the extinguishing bag, is disposed of in the plastic recycling and your pots and pans are washed as usual as if nothing had happened.
All extinguishers are refillable except Firexo Mini, which after use or damage must be returned to a recycling center. The extinguishers are tested on electronics up to 35 kW power.
