Bags for Squasher with 100 μm built-in filter. The Squasher is an electric supermuddler that needs bags to be used. They are very handy for prepping and can be sealed to last longer. In the bag, you can prepare infusions or broths as usual and then just cut open the side of the bag when you want to use it.
Thanks to the integrated filter, you get a clean and clear liquid with no residue or sediment without having to strain it further. The maximum volume is 400 ml. The bag is not suitable for sous vide cooking.
How to use the bags:
Fill the bag with the selected ingredients. With the Squasher you can work with an open or sealed bag. You seal the bag with the weld of a vacuum machine at 75% heat. Once the bag is sealed, let it sit still for a few seconds to allow the seal to cool, otherwise the bag may open at the filter.
