A so-called express distributor or coffee distributor for lack of a better word. What this nifty gadget does is to even out the coffee in your portafilter so that you can tamp straight and fine for a perfect extraction of espresso. Anyone who is thinking about something else, has a weak hand or has already drunk eight espresso martinis may have the misfortune of tamping the coffee so that it lies at an angle in the portafilter. This in turn results in an uneven and unfavorable extraction of espresso and is no fun for anyone. Thanks to Peakabrew, you now remove these risks for good! I'm sure there are those who think this is silly and that they can tamp themselves as it is, and I'm guessing the same people don't use a spirit level or ruler when setting up brackets for the closet system either.
