    • Tenderising meat manually with a mallet is a good way to feel tough, but a poor way to produce 800 portions per hour. That is what the electric meat tenderiser achieves using rotating knife rollers that pierce the muscle fibres and break down connective tissue in a steady, repeatable flow. Typically used for schnitzel, but also with advantage for topside, silverside and other types of leg cuts and more.

      The machine comes with a roller attachment for beef and pork. It is also possible to purchase accessories for poultry or shawarma if you get the feeling. Maximum portion size is 160 mm wide and 30 mm thick, which covers most sliced cuts but not a whole entrecôte (which would not belong in this context anyway).

      The housing is stainless steel, the motor is cooled by a built-in fan for continuous operation and the machine stands firmly on four rubber feet. Power: 350 W, 230 V.
