Suitable for eggs, pancakes, fish and smash burgers, in short whatever needs even heat and full surface contact. The series is available in more versions with different surface textures.
The griddle plate is 518×330 mm and made of 8 mm hardened steel with good heat capacity. The temperature is continuously adjustable up to 300°C. The housing is stainless steel with splash guards and a removable drip tray for fat and food residue.
The plate is cleaned with a steel brush or scraper. There is an overheating protection with a resettable safety switch and a power switch with indicator lamp.
