The half-ribbed griddle divides the cooking surface into two zones: a ribbed section for burgers, sausages and charcuterie where fat drainage and grill marks are the point, and a smooth section for eggs, pancakes and anything else that needs even surface contact. Two functions on the same surface, without having to swap equipment mid-service. The series is available in more versions with a uniform surface.
The griddle plate is 518×330 mm and made of 8 mm hardened steel with good heat capacity. The temperature is continuously adjustable up to 300°C. The housing is stainless steel with splash guards and a removable drip tray for fat and food residue.
The plate is cleaned with a steel brush or scraper. There is an overheating protection with a resettable safety switch and a power switch with indicator lamp.
