Drying cabinet/drying oven, Black - Excalibur 4926T - is a professional and easy-to-use dehydrator (food dryer).
Instead of drying from below, which gives an uneven drying effect, the Excalibur has its large (fan Ø 18 cm) unit at the back, which gives an even drying on all levels. (Turbo Charge Parallexx Drying System)
Removable door and pull-out trays make it easy to control the drying process without having to disassemble the appliance.
By using only a few trays, larger (taller) products can be dried.
Adjustable thermostat (29-68˚C) controls the temperature and a strong fan pushes the air horizontally across each tray.
Excalibur's fan and drying system works great with drying temperatures as low as 40° C. This preserves all the enzymes and nutrients. This preserves all the enzymes and nutrients that, according to many raw-food experts, are destroyed in other drying systems that often need more than 48° C to achieve an acceptable result.
