Drum sieve in stainless steel, 40 cm in diameter and 80 mm high, for high-volume work in professional kitchens and bakeries. Both ring and mesh are in stainless steel. Available in four mesh size variants: 0.45 mm for very fine dry ingredients such as icing sugar and fine cocoa powder, 0.6 mm for standard flour, 0.84 mm for coarser dry goods, and 6.8 mm for coarse-grained material where the purpose is to grade or remove lumps and crumbs rather than to sieve finely. Intended for dry ingredients.
