Drum sieve in stainless steel, 22 cm in diameter and 55 mm high, with ring and mesh in the same material. Available in three mesh size variants: 0.45 mm for very fine dry ingredients such as icing sugar and fine cocoa powder, 0.6 mm for standard flour and similar, and 0.84 mm for coarser dry goods. Choose mesh size based on what is to be sieved, not based on what happens to be available. Intended for dry ingredients.
