A couple of dashes of bitters, a few drops of absinthe or a splash of citrus syrup can transform a drink, but only if they're dosed correctly. Eddy-dash is a dash bottle made for exactly that, in the same design language as Zieher's Eddy decanter, and it looks just as good on the bar as on the dinner table.
The bottle holds 35 cl and can be fitted with a dasher cork for precise dosing of bitters, syrups and other flavour enhancers, or with a pourer with lid when used as an oil or vinegar bottle. The clear glass catches the light beautifully, and filled with a green olive oil, a dark balsamic vinegar or a bright red bitter it becomes almost a little work of art in itself.
The bottle is made of durable borosilicate glass, known for its clarity and its resistance to temperature changes. Wash by hand.
