Stainless steel dough cutter with seven smooth cutting wheels. The wheels can be easily adjusted to cut even-width strips of dough from 10 mm to 120 mm in width. Ideal for pasta, dough strips or other pastry work where even cuts are required. It is best used to make wiener-spandauer, which in this case should be interpreted as an invitation, or even an order, to all the bakeries that are in here looking!
The wheels are locked in the desired position with wing nuts. Easy to fold for compact storage.
