Thanks to osmosis, UV and 0.2 micron processes, this water is completely pure, crystal clear and demineralized. First, it is filtered through the process of reverse osmosis to produce crystal clear water. After that, UV and 0.2 micron filtration process is used to remove all microbiological, virus and ultra-fine particles. Tap water can affect the final taste and result of your recipe through, for example, different calcium levels in different municipalities or wells. Thanks to this de-mineralized water, you can get a perfect result on spheres or other recipes and with a neutral pH of 7, it helps you to maintain a consistent standard on your stuff.
Use: As needed. Use only in food applications - Do not drink in concentrated form
