This little smart device is designed for restaurants that want to both know and document their temperatures. Put the thermometer as a tray in the plate tray and let it travel with the program. The highest measured temperature during the program can then be read on the thermometer.
Has a range of 0 - 90 ° C, resolution of 0.1 ° C and a margin of error of ±0.5 ° C. Calibrated with manufacturer's certificate and water resistance IP66.
Battery: 3 volt CR2032.
