The Bradley Smoke Cabinet safely produces clean, cool smoke for up to nine inches by automatically adding new smoke briquettes every 20 minutes that glow and release smoke. In other words, just set the desired temperature and the smoke will do the rest, without you having to stand and watch!
You can both cold smoke and hot smoke in the cabinet. For cold smoking, we recommend that you buy the cold smoking unit. The briquettes are burned on an electric element. On this model, the temperature in the smoking cabinet is easily controlled by using the display on the front of the generator.
The digital smoke is programmable, which gives a fine control over the smoking process. Three separate parameters are programmable:
Smoke cabinet temperature: Set the target cabinet temperature and the smoker will attempt to maintain this temperature while also displaying the actual temperature of the smoker.
Cooking time: Set the time you want the smoke to heat up. After the expired time, the heating element will automatically turn off.
Smoking time: Set the time you want the smoke to continue to generate smoke. This can be done independently of the cooking time.
