30 DAYS OPEN PURCHASEIt looks like a paper muffin case, but this one never needs to be scrunched up or thrown away. Sweet is a range of small serving dishes in pressed glass from French glassmaker La Rochère, with the same pleated edges as a paper case and just the right size for a single bite.
Fill them with a spoonful of panna cotta, a few raspberries with lemon curd, a dollop of salmon tartare or a little chocolate mousse. They make a whole tray of amuse-bouches or petits fours far more fun to look at. La Rochère has been making glass in Passavant-la-Rochère since 1475 and has therefore, by our estimates, witnessed more than 250 000 national general strikes from the front row (a joke about the French).
Six dishes per pack. Capacity 5 cl, diameter 6.6 cm, height 4 cm. Dishwasher safe but not microwave safe. Made in France.
