Excalibur's 2400 is their smallest model. Small and flexible, quiet and handy. The dryer has four trays with a total capacity of 0.32m2. Like the larger dryers from Excalibur, these dry evenly and have a flow that means you don't have to wait and tread during the process. The fan is located in the back of the unit and you get a horizontal drying process with well-distributed heat. The dryer is perfect for those who need a smaller dryer at home that is easy to put away, or for a smaller restaurant kitchen. It's also a great addition to a larger restaurant to keep decorations crisp in the hatch.
The chassi is in durable polycarbonate. Trays and loose parts are dishwasher safe. You can set the temperature between 29 and 68 ºC.
