Strate is the name of the sauteuses in this series from Cristel. They are made of high quality stainless steel and are true stalwarts in the kitchen. They are extremely durable and will deliver the same high quality year after year. The bottom of the sauteuse has a layer of aluminum between two layers of steel in the bottom, for fast heating and really even heat distribution. It works equally well on induction, gas and old-fashioned stoves.
The stainless steel handles are removable, which we think is a great feature. They stack easily into each other and can be used for everything you can imagine in the kitchen. Handles are sold separately.
The chairs come in five sizes: 20, 22, 24, 26 and 28 cm. The price differences are so great because we also sell sets of three and four pots. The prices for the separate sauteuses are:
