The Berkel P15 is a hand-cranked cutting machine in traditional design and enormous quality. According to Berkel themselves, thanks to its small size, it is perfect for home use (57x72x60 cm, 60 pans), but we want to be more nuanced and believe that it depends on how big you live. However, the fact that this cutting machine is of the highest quality is not something we want to nuance. With a fantastic finesse in the details and the fancy decor, it is as enjoyable to use as it is to look at. The P15 has a blade of 285mm in diameter and is available in red or black. As an accessory, there is a pedestal in the respective shade. New production of the classic model from the 1940s. Flower-shaped crank wheel.
