A natural cordial made from real rhubarb and dried lavender flowers. Fresh and tart rhubarb is brought together with a gentle note of lavender. One bottle is enough for about 12 servings. Cordials are our latest addition to the lab, they consist of a series of drink mixers rooted in unique local flavor combinations with a slightly lower sugar content. They go great with sparkling wine - mix it 1+2 - serve over ice in wine glasses. They are perfect in Spritzes and Highballs and can be mixed with sparkling mineral water for non-alcoholic versions. One bottle is enough for about 12 servings. It's grown-up complex flavors made from real fruit, accompanied by a balanced acidity that gives it lift and makes it great for a meal.
