The filling is formulated to hold the temperature at -12°C, suited for transporting deeply chilled cooked food, fish and shellfish as well as products requiring refrigeration below freezing point without being deep frozen. For transport of fresh produce and dairy, the -3°C version is sufficient, while deep-frozen products such as ice cream and frozen meat require -21°C.
The blocks lie flat against the GN containers and use the box space efficiently. Thickness 30 mm. Available in GN 1/9, GN 1/4, GN 1/3, GN 1/2 and GN 1/1.
