This little scoop picks up exactly the same amount of dough every time – exactly roughly one and a half tablespoons – and releases it with a simple squeeze of the handle. The result is rows of cookies that are the same size, bake for the same time and are ready at the same moment. Nobody needs to fight over the biggest one.
The scoop has a sprung release that scrapes the dough out of the bowl when you squeeze the handle, so you don't have to poke with your fingers or an extra spoon. The small size is perfect for little cookies, oat biscuits, chocolate balls and soft cookies, but also for portioning meatballs, falafel, truffles or batter for mini muffins and æbleskiver.
The bowl is made of stainless steel and the handle sits well in the hand even when you have a whole tray in front of you. The scoop is dishwasher safe.
