Cocoa butter coloring is suitable for coloring chocolate and other fats.
There are three ways to color baked goods.
For small decorations, apply pure butter with a brush directly to the surface you want to color.
You can also mix 50% with white chocolate and spray with a heat gun. This gives a more velvety appearance.
The last option is to spray the paint in different molds. When the butter melts at 30 degrees, it stains the pastry and creates an orange peel effect.
