Fellor Tally has a so-called brew assist mode that helps you get a perfect brew. Whether you want to brew coldbrew, aeropress, French press, pour over or in a coffee maker, the brew assist helps you achieve perfection. Weigh your beans and instantly get recipes for the proportions of water to coffee that will be perfect for your particular brewing method, such as 1:16 which is a popular standard for hand brewing. Of course, the scale also has a built-in timer.
Because this scale is so smart, it is best to put it in its Leigh mode to use it as a regular scale, but even that job it does perfectly. Maximum capacity is 2500g with an increment of 0.1g. The minimum measurable weight to give a reading from zero is 0.5g. The scale can be set to display popular standard units such as grams, ounces, pounds and milliliters.
The weighing surface itself is removable for easy cleaning. To keep it calibrated and in order, you should remove it, put supports underneath and place in packaging for transportation. Everything is clearly explained in the instructions. A scale that lasts over time and is properly calibrated for a long time is worth taking care of and handling carefully, that's what separates the wheat from the chaff.
