Fellows' simpler model of coffee grinder is called Opus. With its 41 different grind settings, you can grind everything from espresso to cold brew, (but for those who have invested in an espresso machine, we would rather recommend a pure espresso grinder to be really happy). The grinder has 40 mm conical stainless steel grinding blades and has a capacity of grinding 110 grams per shot.
The Opus sits nicely on the counter next to other Fellow coffee equipment. In its sleek black design, it has an easy-to-read grind level indicator on the front and a guide for choosing the right grind level under the lid. It also stops automatically when the hopper is empty. This is thus made as a single dose, that is, you fill only with the coffee you are going to grind in the hopper rather than having it filled. This also means that the coffee lasts better and the cup is tastier.
