This coffee-making profile will take you through everything you need to know to make your Espresso, Cortado, Cappuccino, Caffè Latte, Lungo, Ristretto, Macchiato and more even better than you imagined. The course lasts about two hours and it includes, in addition to endless amounts of knowledge, a bag of coffee from Roberto's favorite producer Caffe Piansa.
Espresso coffee course involves a thorough review of the espresso machine, extraction of espresso, differences between machines, tasting, differences between different roasts, beans and blends, setting the grinder, frothing milk and much more. A basic school in espresso quite simply. On these we have 10 places.
The price includes a lesson by Roberto Dell'Aquila, tasting, a compendium and a bag of specialty coffee to brew at home. Roberto Dell'Aquila was born in Italy but has lived in Sweden for many years. His merits as a barista are many and long with, among other things, two SM wins and a third place in the World Barista Championship. After that, he has developed barista milk for dairies and acted as a technical judge in the Barista-SM. In addition, he has also coached representatives in the World Championships and is a frequently hired consultant in Kaffesverige.
