Stöckel’s cleaning sink is a robust and practical solution for any environment where equipment needs to be cleaned quickly and hygienically between uses. Far too often, ice cream scoops are simply dipped upside down into a container of water that turns cloudy almost immediately. Here you can instead rinse the scoop properly in a smooth and controlled way. When you press the scoop against the nozzle, the water flow is activated on both sides and stops immediately when you release it. Fast, simple, hygienic and without wasting water or slowing down service. It works equally well for tasting spoons, portioning spoons and other utensils that otherwise risk less than ideal hygiene conditions in a busy kitchen.
Thanks to its compact design, it is easy to install without becoming bulky, whether in a professional kitchen, an ice cream parlour or a food truck. The stainless steel construction makes the sink easy to keep hygienic and the surface is resistant to stains and scratches.
Choose between two versions, one integrated and built into the counter and one wall-mounted. Easy to install with water inlet and drain outlet. The sink measures 28 x 23 cm with a depth of 14 cm.
