Hand brush for cleaning rattan proofing baskets. Proofing baskets should not be washed with water as this destroys the flour coating that builds up with use and prevents the dough from sticking. The brush is used instead to brush out dried dough remnants and excess flour after each use, keeping the basket clean without disturbing the natural layer on the surface.
