Trollfilter, or Claribag as 100% Chef themselves call it with 100 micron fineness. This is used to clarify broths and consommé or filter sauce or anything else with great finesse. The opening is a stainless steel ring while the net itself is made of 100% polyamide without fabric or seams where flavor, mess and dirt can get stuck. The ring makes it easy to hang over containers and each Claribag has a small patch that gives you model coverage and fineness of the mesh. Withstands up to 150°C. This long, narrow bastard measures 82cm when unrolled, 18cm ø, holds 15L and is designed for vegetable water.
