Trollfilter, or Claribag as 100% Chef themselves call it with 250 micron fineness. This is used to clarify broths and consommé or filter anything else with great finesse. The opening is a stainless steel ring while the net itself is made of 100% polyamide without fabric or seams where flavor, mess and dirt can get stuck. The ring makes it easy to hang over vessels and each Claribag has a small patch that gives you model coverage and the fineness of the mesh. Withstands up to 150°C. Measures in the unrolled state 56cm, 36cm ø and holds 52L.
