Trollfilter, or Claribag as 100% Chef themselves call it with 100 micron fineness that is cone shaped to complement the filtration in a chinoise or pipsil. This is used to clarify broths and juices or filter sauce or anything else with great finesse. The mesh is made of 100% polyamide with no fabric or seams to trap flavor, dirt and grime. This model has a small buckle that allows you to anchor it to your strainer and each Claribag has a small patch that gives you model coverage and fineness of mesh. Withstands up to 150°C. Measures in unrolled state 29cm, 29cm ø and holds 6L. Chinoise not included.
