A strong and stable cutting board from Continenta with 3 stainless steel collecting plates. Since the cutting boards are made of 100% natural wood (rubberwood), the best way to maintain them is to clean them with a damp cloth and oil them from time to time with cooking oil (olive oil, sunflower oil or similar). Wood reacts to moisture and to changes in temperature. Both should be avoided as well as cleaning in a dishwasher. .
