Care instructions for cutting boards
- Wooden cutting boards should never be washed in a dishwasher or with washing-up liquid - it dries out the wood and risks cracking it. Warm water and a dish brush is more than enough!
- Wash the entire board on both sides after use, so that only part of it doesn't get wet and absorb water unevenly.
- Let wooden boards air dry upright, so the cut surfaces don't risk sitting in moisture.
- Wooden cutting boards should be oiled regularly. We recommend massaging the cut surface with a neutral cooking oil or cutting board oil.
