With this mold you can cast a hollow or solid hare for the Easter decorations. Perhaps not quite suitable for filling with ganache and enticing, but very fun to make your own Easter bunny instead of one made of some dusty German chocolate foiled in some kind of golden staniol paper decorated with floral motifs around the feet and an eerie dead look and costing ten kronor each around midsummer, you know.
We think this one has a nice retro design. It has a nice 40s/50s feel to it, while also keeping its ear to the ground in terms of the latest design language around animals depicted in chocolate. Two parts are joined together with springs to mold and when the chocolate has solidified you simply open it and gobble it up or try to impress a child who still prefers the aforementioned version so you feel unappreciated. At least you are guaranteed to have fun in the process!
