Chocolate cake mould in BPA-free polycarbonate that makes hearty and brutal chocolate cakes. Each mould has space to cast 2 cakes of 550g and thus provides a perfect amuse bouche for a 16-year-old. The mould is 275 x 205 x 35.5mm and the chocolate bars are 180 x 100 x 32mm. Perfect to fill with various ganaches or French nougat, and you can even almost get a sandwich as an interior to further delight the already mentioned 16-year-old.
