The Chinese Cleaver is a powerful and heavy knife model that, despite what people think, is not intended for meat but rather for vegetables. It will be heavy and difficult to handle for chopping onions, but is absolutely unbeatable for getting through a head of cabbage or other large heavy things. The Pro House is made from one layer of MV steel that is riveted to the handle with three rivets. The handle is made of pakka wood which is a composite of wood fiber and epoxy that becomes compact and water resistant. The knife is easy to sharpen and keeps its sharpness well.
