Carbon steel pan perfect for roasting chestnuts over an open fire or charcoal grill. The pan is made of so-called blue steel, which is an old traditional way of hardening iron and which also provides limited rust protection. The pan is robust with a 70 cm long welded handle, extra thick without being too heavy. Heats up quickly. Clean with a brush, dry and lubricate with oil. Store in a dry place. nNever use dishwashing liquid and never wash in a machine. Also available with a standard short handle of about 25 cm.
