Want to reach the highest level with your matcha? Then a traditional and ceremonial method is preferable to an electric whisk, shaker or fork. Instead of a lumpy green slurry, you can now make a velvety, frothy matcha of divine character, just as it was intended from the beginning.
The whisk is hand-carved according to the rules of the art and consists of up to 120 thin bamboo rods. With light wrist movements, you can now whisk air into your matcha and treat it as if it were at the spa rather than having a root canal at an unlicensed clinic in the harbour.
