With this machine you can easily pack items containing a lot of liquid, which is normally a bit of a scourge with front-loading vacuum machines. Once the bag is placed in the machine and the lid is closed again, the air is not only sucked out of the bag, but from the entire chamber. This means that there is the same air pressure in the bag as in the chamber, which in itself means that the liquid does not try to escape from the bag (as is the case with front-loading vacuum machines).
The machine also has a function for marinating food. Press the button and it will suck the air out of the chamber for 95 seconds without going into sealing mode. Perfect if you want to quickly pickle cucumbers in a bowl of pickles, for example - when the program starts, the pressure will push the pickles into the cucumber. Much easier than picking cucumbers in a jar and waiting a few days, isn't it?
