The Senses 300 is a chamber packer that gets the job done - quickly, cleanly and reliably. Built from heavy-duty stainless steel, it has intuitive settings and is perfect for both the small restaurant kitchen and the serious home chef. Whether you're sealing liquids, marinating by the minute or just vacuum packing with stable, repeatable precision, it's got you covered.
The machine has three preset vacuum programs and a clear manual control where both vacuum and sealing cycles can be adjusted. You can also run with timed vacuum up to 70 seconds, which is particularly useful for delicate or airy products. It also has a direct 'stop and weld' function when you want to check the progress in real time.
A big advantage is the machine's built-in marinade program. By switching between vacuum, hold and release, you can get liquids to penetrate the raw material in a way that normally takes hours - here it takes less than half an hour. It works equally well for pickling, brining and infusions, and is invaluable for prep or when working with distinct flavors.
The chamber is 31 cm wide and easily accommodates larger bags, but the machine itself is surprisingly compact. It takes up 37 × 45 cm of bench space and doesn't require a cooling break until after 50 consecutive cycles. The pump is dry, making the model virtually maintenance-free. The machine also features a vacuum gauge, removable welding rod and built-in bag holder for easier handling.
