The Jumbo Plus is basically the same machine as the Jumbo Mini, but with a more powerful pump and thus a faster process. Jumbo Plus (together with Jumbo Mini) is the smallest of Henkelman's models and has a sealing width of 28cm. In addition, it is double sealed. You can also remove the sealing strips for cleaning if you're a bit of a prude. The pump in the machine is made by Busch and has a capacity of 8 m3/h. The cycle of the machine is 15-35 seconds and has the capacity to save a program in memory. The chamber is deep (85mm) and made of stainless steel, but can also be made shallower using a removable bottom plate that makes the chamber smaller. The lid is also high (130mm) to accommodate more food. The dimensions of the chamber are 31cm x 28cm. The overall dimensions of the machine are 45cm x 33.4cm x 30.5cm but the height is 63cm when the door is in its slightly angled maximum position. Weight 32kg.
