Fresco 400 Duo is a floor standing vacuum packer with double welding bars, developed for those who work with larger parts, fast batches and continuous operation. It is a machine designed for home use, but for the frequent user. The machine is built in fully welded stainless steel, has rounded corners for maximum hygiene and comes with double 40 cm welding rails - perfect for parallel packing or extra wide bags.
The powerful 40 m³/h oil pump is tested for over 200,000 cycles and provides a final vacuum of 2 mbar. The machine operates quietly, quickly and without the need for cooling breaks between cycles. A complete cycle takes at most 40 seconds, welding is done in under 6.
The machine's control is purely functional: clear display, real-time vacuum gauge and adjustable vacuum and welding times with +/- buttons. This makes it easy to operate regardless of the operator, and just as easy to monitor.
The internal dimensions of the chamber are 51 × 53 cm with a depth of 16 cm, providing ample space for both large bags and bulky products. The welding bars are removable and positioned in parallel for fast, double-packed production.
The machine is mounted on wheels with brakes, making it easy to move and easy to clean around. The design is robust enough to be stationary in a production kitchen but flexible enough to be wheeled to the prep area when needed. With double seams, it also provides a watertight and sous vide-safe seal even under heavy use.
