The SousVideTools Fresco 300+ is a compact and powerful chamber packer for those who demand reliability, hygiene and precise results every time. It's built entirely from stainless steel - even inside - making it both robust and easy to clean, with no risk of overheating or need for rest breaks. This is a machine made to run all day.
The Fresco 300+ is equipped with an 8 m³/h oil pump tested for 200,000 cycles, putting it in the top class for its size. It can handle up to 99.8% vacuum (2 mbar) and seals bags with a simple 5 mm weld, quickly and tightly. A full cycle takes 20-35 seconds, and sealing takes just 6 seconds.
The machine has 10 programmable memories, so you can quickly switch between different settings - for example, for sensitive ingredients, marinating programs or standard cycles. It also has a built-in pump cleaning program, which greatly extends the life of the pump and is recommended to be run three to five times a week.
For marinators, there is a special multi-cylinder program where the vacuum is pulsed to draw the liquid deeper into the raw material in just a few minutes - perfect for fast food concepts, prep kitchens or fine-tuned flavour textures.
The inner dimensions of the chamber are 140 × 300 × 350 mm and the entire unit requires just 43 × 36 cm of bench space. Easy to place anywhere, the packer has rounded corners and a removable welding rod for better hygiene and faster service. Double sealing reduces the risk of bag contents leaking into the water bath during sous vide cooking.
The Fresco 300+ is not only a cost-effective solution - it's a work tool you can count on.
