Boxer is a series from Henkelman with great features for a professional kitchen. The sealing is double but not in the standard sense. On this model, sealing strips are located on both sides of the machine instead of the front, and these both have a width of 41cm respectively. You can also remove the sealing strips for cleaning if you're a bit of a prude. The pump in the machine is made by Busch and has a capacity of 21 m3/h. The cycle of the machine is 20-40 seconds and has the capacity to save ten programs in the memory where you can set the time. In addition, they have a standard system called Soft Air to gently empty the chamber of air and not spoil the products in the bag. The chamber is deep (180mm) and made of stainless steel, but can also be primed using a removable bottom plate that makes the chamber smaller. The dimensions of the chamber are 41cm x 52cm. The total dimensions of the machine are 52.8m x 69.8cm x 44cm but the height is 72cm when the door is in its slightly angled maximum position. Weight 81kg. Power 0,75-1 kW.
