This round baking dish from Staub is 16 cm in diameter and holds 0.4 litres, just right for one portion. It's cast in France, enamelled inside and graphite grey outside. Two small handles make it easy to lift, and the dishes stack inside each other when it's time to put them away.
Height 5 cm, length including handles 22 cm, weight 0.94 kg. Oven safe up to 260 °C, works on all hobs including induction and can go in the dishwasher.
