The inside is covered with a durable layer of matte black enamel, which both prevents the pan from rusting or discoloration and also provides a highly effective non-stick coating, which prevents food from burning. The cast iron ensures efficient and even heat distribution throughout the pan.
The pan can be used on all types of stoves, including induction and also in the oven at temperatures up to 260 degrees.
Machine washable, but as some dishwasher detergents contain corrosive substances, hand washing is recommended.
