Top quality cast iron oven pan from Staub. The inside of the pan is coated with a matte black enamel that provides very good non-stick function and also prevents the pan from rusting or discoloration. The gray, external enamel also has the same counteracting effect against rust and discoloration.
The pan can be used in oven heat up to 260 degrees.
Machine washable, but as some dishwasher detergents contain corrosive substances, hand washing is recommended. Comes with a lifetime warranty for any material or manufacturing defects.
