Oven pan in cast iron of the highest quality from Staub. The pan is both inside and outside coated with a matte black enamel that provides very good non-stick function and also prevents the pan from rusting or discoloration.
The pan can be used in oven heat up to 260 degrees.
Machine washable, but as some dishwasher detergents contain corrosive substances, hand washing is recommended. Comes with a lifetime warranty for any material or manufacturing defects.
