Staub's baking dish measures 30 x 20 cm inside and holds 3.15 litres – just right for a lasagne, a moussaka or a potato gratin for the family. It's cast in France and enamelled in black inside and out. Handles on the short sides make it easy to lift out of the oven and set straight on the table. The dish also works on the hob, so you can brown or sauté right in it before it goes into the oven.
