Silicone mold for casting a really nice cake that requires absolutely no piping skills. The cake's advanced pattern and many peaks mean that you should have a really loose mousse and an incredibly cold freezer to get the cake out in one piece. Preferably a blast chiller which means that a perfect result is easier to achieve in a professional pastry shop than at home. Volume: 1000 ml. Withstands -40 to +250 degrees.
